As a member of the Texas Coalition for Affordable Power (TCAP), cities can achieve budget certainty and potential savings in electricity purchases for city operations. The following documents provide helpful membership information for those interested in joining TCAP. These documents include instructions for joining TCAP, a sample city ordinance that potential new members would need to pass in order to join TCAP and instructions for authorizing TCAP to obtain information on a city’s current energy usage.
