Welcome to CAPPitol Insight, a blog of the Cities Aggregation Power Project! The blog features commentary and insight regarding state and federal issues affecting the energy, electricity and utility industries. It will cover the challenges facing the Texas Legislature as it takes up these issues. Because CAPP is an organization of Texas municipalities and political subdivisions, postings will be written from the perspective of the impact on consumers of these services. Please check back often for the latest news.
