Jan. 18 — American Electric Power’s 36-MW Eagle Pass DC Tie was shut around midnight Tuesday due to an unplanned outage, the Electric Reliability Council of Texas said.
The tie was expected to be unavailable from 11:56 pm CST Tuesday through noon Thursday, the grid operator said.
