AEP Texas Central reported that it has exhausted 75% of funds designated to reimburse retail electric providers for providing free programmable communicating thermostats and in-home displays (collectively, in-home devices) to low-income customers
AEP TCC informed the Public Utility Commission of Texas that as of May 23, 2016, approximately $172,500 remains available for reimbursements to the REPs.
