The Carrollton City Council approved a resolution joining other cities in a steering committee initiating a rate case against Oncor over rate increases.
City Attorney Meredith Ladd said during Tuesday’s City Council work session that Oncor raises rates annually. The past two years Carrollton just objected to the increases.
