AUSTIN — Texas State Rep. Byron Cook (R-Corsicana) addressed a large crowd of policymakers and private energy stakeholders during a panel discussion entitled, “Can Texas Keep the Lights On?.” The program was part of a two-day annual policy orientation hosted by the conservative non-profit organization, the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF).

“We can and must keep the lights on in this state. Rotating blackouts are not an option,” remarked Cook.
