Jan. 10 — Jake Dyer, a spokesman for the Texas Coalition for Affordable Power, said a decision from the commission would affect only a small subset of bills paid by Texans. Most Texans get their electricity from the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, which is not regulated by the federal agency.
