The sale of Oncor, the Dallas-based electric delivery company, could be moved to at least the beginning of 2015 after Energy Future Holdings asked a U.S. bankruptcy court in Delaware to take over the auction process.
The Dallas Morning News reported that EFH filed papers on Tuesday asking for the process that would extend the time frame for bidding.
