Electric Light and Power: Oncor, Brazos Electric want OK for proposed Texas power line

Dec. 12 — Oncor Electric Delivery Co. and Brazos Electric Power Cooperative filed with the Public Utility Commission of Texas an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity regarding a new, single-circuit, 138-kV transmission line to be built on double-circuit capable structures between the existing Oncor Cogdell substation in Scurry County and the existing Brazos Electric Clairemont substation in Kent County in Texas.
