The Dallas-based power company, which filed for bankruptcy in April 2014, received the ruling after a hearing at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware. Judge Christopher Sontchi approved the company’s reorganization plan after the company reached settlements with creditors to resolve the opposition last month.
