Two months ago U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Sontchi struck down EFH’s original plan as too quick and lacking in support from the company’s vast creditor pool. On Tuesday EFH filed an updated plan for the auction, requesting a March 2 start date for a process expected to stretch through the summer.
