The EPA earlier this month wrote that it believes recent earthquakes in North Texas may be linked to disposal wells and pose a potential impact to underground water resources.
In an end-of-year report sent to the Texas Railroad Commission earlier this month, the EPA took issue with the RRC’s recent positions finding there was not sufficient evidence linking disposal well activity and North Texas earthquakes.
