Jan. 17 — CenterPoint said it is calculating its tax savings, but the company is not certain how those will trickle down to consumers — most of whom had their gas and electric delivery bills go up last year. A spokesman for Oncor said the company is in the process of calculating its savings but that it is not sure how those savings will be used.
