March 6 — CenterPoint announced in December that CFO and executive vice president William D. Rogers, 58, would be retiring for personal and family reasons. Rogers joined CenterPoint four years ago as CFO, coming from the New Jersey-based water and wastewater utility American Water Works Company where he served as vice president and treasurer.
