Hunt Consolidated is stepping into the Energy Future Holdings bankruptcy and the fight for control of the transmission company Oncor.
In a filing in bankruptcy court in Wilmington Friday, a group of EFH creditors designated Hunt and the Teacher Retirement System of Texas to provide bankruptcy financing to the transmission arm of the struggling power company.
