RES Americas, which “has been involved in the development, construction, ownership and/or operation of renewable energy and storage projects since 1997,” according to its website, currently is looking to build four solar farms in Texas.
Brad Blake, who described himself as a landman looking to lease property for those projects, said one of the areas being looked at for a solar farm.
