AUSTIN — Lawmakers on Monday will again discuss what’s wrong with Texas’ oil-and-gas regulator and what can be done to fix it.
And again, the discussion will start with a discussion of changing the name from the Texas Railroad Commission to something more reflective of what it does — such as the Texas Energy Resources Commission.
