Liberty Vindicator: New RRC rule gives diggers only 1 hour to report pipeline damage

Feb. 8– Beginning Monday anyone who damages an underground pipeline while digging will have no more than an hour under new Railroad Commission rules to call the notification center at 811 and report the incident. Excavators must also call 911 if gas or anything else is release when the pipeline was damaged.
