“Luminant, a major Texas power producer, said Tuesday that some of its newer plants experienced power failures in early February because of freezing temperatures.
“We have learned from this event, we are going to make sure we have a systematic approach across [our] fleet,” said Chief Executive David Campbell in a hearing held by two joint state senate committees Tuesday afternoon.”
