CORPUS CHRISTI — Local governments need less restrictive wind turbine ordinances before it becomes feasible for individual property owners to harness wind power, a panel of experts said Monday.
Small-scale wind projects were the subject of one of the sessions at the Texas Renewables conference hosted by the Texas Renewable Energy Industries Association under way at the American Bank Center.
