Midland Reporter-Telegram: Railroad Commission releases monitoring, enforcement plan

July 4 — For more than a century, the Railroad Commission has been tasked with overseeing the state’s oil and gas industry. As part of that oversight, the agency annually releases its oil and gas monitoring and enforcement planning document. The commission has just released its document for FY 2021.
