The best we can say about Christian was that he served on the House energy committee when he was a member of the state’s House of Representatives. We point to an article from Jim Malewitz of the Texas Tribune who wrote that Christian “didn’t know one of the agency’s key duties — regulating natural gas utilities — until a reporter told him.” We have our fingers crossed that Christian rises up to the challenge in front of him.
