NRG Energy Inc. (NYSE: NRG) has sold off the first of its power plants as the company looks to “reset” its business structure.
In a $138 million deal, the Houston- and New Jersey-based company sold its 352 MW Shelby County power plant in Illinois and its 525 MW Seward power plant in Pennsylvania.
