Odessan Carolyn Johnson said she got a call from a woman claiming to be with TXU Energy who said that she was collecting payment on her electric bill. Johnson said the woman tried to get her credit card information and said if she didn’t pay her bill someone would be sent to her home to shut off her electricity.
