The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has agreed to compile an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the entirety of the Trans Pecos Pipeline in response to comments issued by opponents of the pipeline project, according to a news release by the Big Bend Conservation Alliance (BBCA).
