Texas Railroad Commission Chairwoman Christi Craddick said she was optimistic about a rebound in the Texas oil and gas economy in a speech to energy professionals Monday, predicting the industry would quickly get back on track and grow after the recent oil-price downturn due, in part, to unexplored capacity in the Permian Basin.
