April 22 — The Steering Committee of Cities Served by Oncor has engaged the services of a consultant to review the Oncor’s filing and identify adjustments that should be made to the its request. Sherman city councilors were told that attorneys for OCSC is recommending that cities retaining original jurisdiction deny the requested relief. The PUC’s rules allow cities 60 days to act on this application, subsequently, the city must take action no later than June 2, 2020.
