Feb. 15 – AEP Texas North Division reported that, as of February 14, it has received invoices from retail electric providers that exhaust 75% and 90% of the funds made available to REPs for reimbursement under a program under which REPs provide no-cost programmable communicating thermostats (PCT) and in-home displays (IHD) to eligible low-income customers.
