Adrienne Lothery has 10 years of local government experience and was appointed as an Assistant City Manager for the City of Colleyville in October 2017 with oversight responsibility for the Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, City Secretary, and Parks departments. She held the role of Strategic Services Manager for Colleyville from 2013 – 2017, where she was responsible for the $42 Million budget, tax rate adoption, franchise utility contracts, strategic planning and performance management programs. She previously served as the Budget and Grants Manager in the Town of Flower Mound’s Finance Department.
Adrienne holds undergraduate degrees in political science and business administration from Southern Methodist University, as well as a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of North Texas. She has earned the designation of CGFO (Certified Government Finance Officer) from the Government Finance Officers’ Association of Texas and is a graduate of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Leadership ICMA Class of 2016.
