David Esquivel currently serves as the Interim City Manager for the City of Tomball. David has previously served 11 years as the Public Works Director and ultimately as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Cleburne. After leaving Cleburne, David was selected as Public Works Director for the City of Tomball. After 3 years working closely with George Shackelford and Rob Hauck, David was extremely fortunate to be selected as Tomball’s Assistant City Manager. David holds a bachelor’s of science degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech University and is a registered professional engineer. David has a wonderful wife, Brandilyn, and blessed with 3 terrific kids. Twin daughters Nadia and Sophia (15) and a son Joaquin (13).
